How we use website information.

This notice covers information submitted through the public AGES Network website. Research studies use separate participant information and consent processes.

Information we collect

The contact form collects your name, email address, optional organisation, enquiry type and message. The mailing-list form collects your name, email address, consent time and subscription status.

Please do not submit medical records, genomic data, passwords or other confidential health information through these public forms.

Why we use it

  • To respond to enquiries and manage follow-up.
  • To send network, publication and collaboration updates when you have subscribed.
  • To maintain security, prevent spam and troubleshoot service problems.

Storage and sharing

Form records are stored in a protected area of the network's hosting account and are not published on the website. Access should be limited to authorised people who need the information for the purposes above.

AGES Network does not sell website enquiry or mailing-list information. Information may be handled by service providers necessary to host the website or deliver email, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry records should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, accountability and security. Mailing-list details are retained while a subscription is active and are marked unsubscribed when you use an unsubscribe link.

You may ask to access, correct or delete website information associated with your email address, or object to further contact.

Cookies

The site uses a strictly necessary session cookie to protect forms against misuse. It does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party behavioural analytics.
